Then suddenly, from a corner of the sky, you see only with peripheral vision: a flash of light, a streak in the dark, and it’s gone as fast as it came. 

Photographing a meteor shower is even more special, as it requires a little bit of luck, a fair amount of skill, and some dedication to the task. But shooting meteors is within anyone’s grasp.
